Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Absolutely! Our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals, and all our ingredients are ethically sourced.

What makes your skincare products natural?

Our products are made with high-quality, plant-based ingredients and contain no synthetic chemicals.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, our formulations are designed to be gentle and effective for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

How do I properly store my pureza products?

Tightly close all lids and caps after opening. Storing your products in a cool, dry place, and using clean hands to obtain the product will help maintain its integrity and extend its shelf life. Extreme temperature changes can alter the consistency of the product.

Does my product have an expiration date?

Most of our products have a shelf life of about 6 months after opening. although, on the bottom of every product box, we list a POA (period after opening) symbol. It should look like a little open jar with a number and the letter M (months). this will help you determine how long each product is good for after opening.

Are your products comedogenic?

There is no FDA regulation for the term “comedogenic." In fact, there are no standardized tests that can accurately determine if an ingredient will or will not clog your pores or cause breakouts. Skin health is completely individual and dependent on genetics and lifestyle choices, including skincare.

Can I use your products if I have a specific skin condition (e.g., eczema, rosacea)?

Our products are formulated to be gentle, but if you have a specific skin condition, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use.

What shipping methods are available?

pureza® offers two shipping options for your convenience:

Standard Shipping: Affordable and reliable delivery with typical transit times varying by location.

Express Shipping: Faster delivery for those who need their products quickly, with reduced transit times compared to standard shipping.

Both options are available at checkout, and shipping rates are calculated based on your location.

When will my order ship?

Once the order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to be processed. After processing, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times vary by country and can be found in our Shipping Policies. You can also track your order on our website using the order number provided in your confirmation email.

What is pureza's return policy?

We're sorry to hear that our products didn't work out for you. We do offer a full refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery. Products must have been purchased through our online store, and be in new, unused or gently used condition.

Please keep in mind: We do not refund original shipping charges. All gift cards and trial products are final sale.

To move forward with a return request, please email support@pureza-skincare.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Can I request an exchange for items bought online?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange products at the moment! If something didn't work out, please email support@pureza-skincare.com for additional assistance.

We are unable to add items to your order because for privacy reasons, we do not store credit card information.
